Help, Plant not growing.

my plants not growing more leafs:confused: its been 9 days and it still only has 2 leafs. does anyone know what could be the problem?

its 9 days old and most of the time when ive grown its grown more leafs faster. my setup is in my closet 6 26w cfl and a 4ft shop light flouro. i just transplated to a bigger pot hoping it was just a root problem.

but it only has the two leafs it starts out as a seedling. idk what the problem is :/

thats what i was thinking. root rot or root bound :/ wasnt root bound. i hope the transplant doesnt shock the baby to death :cry:

It could be just bad seed. Ya want to plant a few of them and pick the better ones to grow. I plant about 30 to end up with 18 strong females.

i only had 5 seeds one germed but died and 3 wouldnt germ and this is the one that made it :/ my only hope. oh well if it doesnt make it its just some bagseed i can always get more T_T
