Help! Plants too tall!!

Hi guys, I'm growing indoors in the dead of winter right now. The plants are growing in a cabinet under a 250w hps, and I started flowering too late I guess.. Anyways, the plants are a little more than half way up the cabinet right now, and they just entered week 3 of flowering. What can I do to control the plant height at this point? I don't want to burn any part of my plants.. Let me know please!

Yup LST, but be careful, 3 weeks in they will be kinda fibrous.. Only a little at a time..

It can change depending on pheno and environment but mine took between 60-67 days, which aint too long.
