Ok thanks for the helpUse google. I've not done dwc yet so I wouldn't know. I've only used coir. If it's your first grow use K.I.S.S. Keep it simple
Wanted to do nothing but hydro when I decided to grow my own. Wanted a top down watering DWC, bought recirc pups, aerators, hydroton, buckets, tons of shit basically. Hated the rockwool and had issues getting my sprouts going. << Although had great luck with an aerogarden. Anyway, decided on a 3 gallon airpot and some FFOF soil and it was the best thing I did in my opinion. The humidity from the DWC created other issues for me altogether. I have enough humidity to deal with already. ThanksIf it's your first grow use K.I.S.S. Keep it simple
Dude what a day !! I never thought we'd get everything done. Well we really didn't get it all done but we got a lot done. But the fields got turned and one of my horses hurt his leg so it took a little longer. But anyways. Rambling as usual.Wow, 2 yodas, one thread.........
Feisty gave you a nice lump of gold on that one...first grow K.I.S.S.
Get a harvest or 2 learn to read your plants, then try autos or dwc, both of these together on a first try is gonna complicate things, autos don't allow you to make mistakes, not enough veg time to come back from them, and dwc while being amazingly effective has issues you will face as well,(water temps, root issues, ph issues, equipment failure, etc.) Good luck and don't give up, just keep researching
Sorry if I wasn't helpful, not a dwc guy myself, I do know one who knows his shit though maybe he can help more @Screaming trees can you give this fella a few tips?
