Help please, blueberry auto is looking rough

Hey guys, so I gave started 4 blueberry autos under a 200 watt CFL, and they're looking pretty rough.
I am also growing in a tent that is 3X3X7.5', with a 140CFM exhaust fan , humidity between 40 to 45% and temps of 74 to 79F

I've had 3 successful grows, always begged for 4 to 6 weeks indoor then moved outdoor, this will be my first full indoor grow as long as they make it. I have never run into an issue like this.
I check my tap water regularly and it's always between 6.4 to 6.7PH.
I checked my run off and it reads 5.8, so i just flushed it for a long period of time with 6.5PH tap water and the run off is still reading 5.8 :/ I am using a digital ph tester

Does anyone think this is nute lockout due to low ph ?
All 4 of my babies look similar to these two.
Help please.
Also they are already over 3 weeks old so I know they're super shitty looking lol, I thought I could solve this issue on my own butclearly not, so please help guys :(

I'm still a noob, but trying my best here
Thanks ahead of time!

I'll also post pics of my setup as I'm sure that'll help

I let my plant sit that i soaked with PH water and tilted the pot and just tested the run off again and got a reading of 5.5

Helppppp lol.

Also, my soil mix I'm using is happy frog from fox farms

Here is my setup if this also helps guys

And here are the 2 others, they're doing a bit better than the previous 2 IMO
I tested they're run off after watering and got 5.7 on one and 5.5 on the other.
Seems way to low, any tips on how to raise the PH guys? Tried flushing for even like 2 to 3 minutes with ph water and it didnt change at all :/

The light is about 4 inches away, it barely gets hot at all with the fan blowing in the tent so I figured that it's a decent height.

Thanks guys

Are you feeding them any nutrients?
Havent fed them any at all. I read that autos do not need much food, and that a soil like happy frog should be sufficient enough for most of they're life cycle.
They have only been in the happy frog soil for about 1.5 weeks now, but they looked like this before I transplanted them.
They seemed to look a bit healthier after I transplanted , and the new growth looks good but all this old growth looks like crap.

As I've mentioned the runoff ph in all the plants was 5.5 to 5.8, I flushed with PH water but it did not seem to help.
I did a bit of research and read that lime could help stabilize the PH, I had some dolomite lime I had forgotten about so I mixed some in water at about a tbsp per gallon of soil and watered it into my plants.
Fingers crossed the PH raises and that it helps my babies recover .

Does anyone else agree that this picture looks like what my plants are going through? Maybe this deficiency due to nute lockout from low PH?
