HELP PLEASE!!-Drooping leaves and turning yellow-HELP PLEASE!!

HELLO,
Im running a hydro system called waterfarm. I'm having a little problem my leaves are turning yellow and my plant is drooping. I have a grow tent 4*4*8 running a 400MPH Sun System 2 lights, with a 4 inch blower and 3 fans to circulate the tent. I'm running my light 18hrs a day 6am ON 12pm OFF just turned off my water pump off. water pump was running 24/7 My light are hanging 12 inches above the plant. But something i wrong please help

Overwatering looks like leaves that are perkier close to the stem and then half way out start to curl down like that. Underwatering leaves sag from the stem.

Are you exhausting the hot air out of the room and surrounding area with ductin? Have u got cooltubes with sep blower/exhaust. Temps have to be 75-80. Get that right and see if that solves prob.

Are you using the Right ammounts of Newts To The Res!! I've used the GHE 3 part newts systom before!! That involved A (Veg Period per10ltrs Water. 9ml Grow, 6ml Micro 3ml Bloom/////// Flower Period 9ml Bloom, 6ml Micro 3ml Grow!!)
Please Check your Formula's Reccomended Feeding program!!
When i first started using a 3 part newt system,, I often made this mistake!!
