Help please, dry buds and light question

so i've just bought a quat oz and its as dry as shit. ive cut off some stem from my plant and chopped it up and put it in the jar with the q. will this help or am i dreamin.

its so hard to get at the moment here, finally get some and it so dry it will turn to dust when i chop it.

i also went to get some lights for flower stage, none of them say 2700k, we have warm white, daylight, and cool daylight, the cooler ones have the most lumens, anyone got any ideas, i'm sure they deliberately dont put it on.

any help would be appreciated, thanks guys

For flower go with the warm white.

ok, forget the light question, i just found the answer. wish i took computer with me when i went shopping, oh well i'll take them back in the morning, at least the babies are sleeping so it doesnt matter
