I always put a fake address on it, and dont put the recievers name on it and they cant do shit. If they questioned your friend he would say that someone sent him that to get him in trouble, and with no name, they cant prove anything. This has worked for me, but my last one didnt make it through, so be warned
Thanks... as I said, us postal inspectors called saying they intercepted a package containing 2 grams... they said it was not a criminal issue but "they're looking for information"...

The only other thing would be to send it with someone like fedex. If you ship it priority, they will have less time to check it, and wont risk ruining their business reputation by slowing it down unless they are sure they want to investigate the package
