Help please!!!! leafs tips and spots

So my a couple of my plants are experiencing problems a few leaf tips are turning yellow to brown to blackish and with white spots. I put a few pics up. Those dots dont move but feel like they dtill might be a bug problem. Anything helps

Doesn't look like bugs. Possibly nuts or light burn. How's your ph? What's the underside of your leaf look like? Can you see moving bugs??

how bout a whole plant pic? is that an original fan leaf dying off or is it all over the plant?
