help! please noob 23 days cfl

do i have a ph problem or something the middle is real light green/yellow...is it normal for a plant that young?

by the way i am using 3 27watt 6500k and 6 13 wat 2700k cfl in 2 rubbermaid 20 gal tubs stacked

get more lights. and yes thats normal its just new growth it will green up in a day or two

right now i just recently put a carbon filter on and it made my temp jump to like 83 degrees during the night but during the day it jumps to like 87 before the filter the tem was 78 degrees no higher no lower...is it too hot cause the plant seems lil small for how old it is. oh i just removed 9 of em and took them outdoors to see how that works, but still got two goin inside.
