Ok, so ive got a basic setup here, 10 kids (some northern lights some g13), under 2 T5 flourescent lights for 2 weeks now. (today)
They have grown quite a lot in these days, and ive already transplanted them in 9 pots (had to squeeze 2 in 1 lack of room).
Soil is mixed with perlite. Small pots(prob 0.5 or 1L ).

Ive bought the HESI starter kit(photo1) and ive got that scheduele to keep (photo2) in oreder to grow them correctly.

Thing is, now ive calculated the right ammount of water to give them in this 3rd week (actually 2nd week growth - yellow). BUT they dont say HOW MUCH water to give the plants and WHEN (i mean is there a cycle.. today this much tomorrow that much?)..

I REALLY dont want to over water them nor would i want to overfert them!!!
I need some help please if anybody could take a look on that scheduele and tell me how much water and at what times of day is best to add to my babies :-s ...

Id be very grateful!! thank you!

Weno, you'll know when to water based on the feel of the soil, as well as the weight. there is no set schedule as to when to water your plants as every grow is different. You will know when the soil starts to get a bit damp because the soil around the rim of the pot will begin to pull away from the top, where the soil meets the pot. Also you can tell when the soil is damp when you lift it and you can tell it is heavy. Growing is all about getting a feel for it and getting to know your plants.

On another note, what are you feeding the plants? What is your ph? What nutrients are you using? The plants aren't looking very hot right now, the ends are beginning to curl and the leaves aren't looking so hot.

More info and we can help

good luck

Your plants do not look healthy at all, maybe using Hydro nutes in a soil grow is not such a great idea.

There is a good chance that your soil has plenty of nutes already.

Grumpy old dreamer as a good point..

What soil are you using?

Because many local soils have time-relase fertilizers and adding more is only going to hurt.

Your problem may be obvious isnt it? Looks like a hydro nutrient kit, and you're using it in soil. Nutrients will stack up in soil more than hydro. I think its a completely different feeding regiment. Anyhow, I used organic earth juice for my soil. No way in hell I'd use my advanced Nutes in soil. Or vice versa. Im not saying your nutes wont work, but them gals are burned looks like. Id say you need to flush flush flush, and if you must, use the nutes at 1/4 that strength...in 10 days. At that size you shouldnt need much nutes at all anyhow. Does the soil have any organic nute properties?
