help please.when to harvest?

ok this is my problem i popped 1 seed of classic skunk from flying dutchmen seeds... and it took off fine but then split into two defferent plants like one side had a flat stalk and the other half is like a regular plant...it turned into a very short plant only about 2 feet tall and little tight buds all over,it is at day 40 of flowering and i checked the trichomes and they look mostly cloudy and a few amber...the breeders say 50 to 60 days but this being a weird phenotype could it affect the flowering time its like it reverted back to a full afghani plant and i know they reach full maturity in about 45 days or so...just a thought let me know what you think...i would also like to point out that i just went through a power outage and a heat wave with no air movement in a 100* heat for 3 days so i dont know what affect it had on it..

what colour are the pistils on the buds?

a better way to tell if the plants are ready are to look at the color of the trichomes you want them to turn amber before you harvest

not to be a smart ass or anything but did you even read my post ...the trichomes are most all cloudy and a few amber.
