Im a first time grower and everything seems to be going good except The leaves are yellow and green and they slowly turn more green Im not sure why or what deficiency it is. I grow in soil and worm castings Im about to move it into a bigger pot as of now I water with 6-6.5 PH every 2 days thanks in advance.

That's intense for how young the plant is, wow. My instant thought would be late stage N deficiency, but I don't think that's your only issue. Watering every 2 days is probably part of your problem and your roots might be waterlogged, stressed and not up taking nutrients at all. You need to really let the soil dry out before you water! And if you're not feeding it you might want to try a light dose of some MaxSea all purpose or similar.

Also, a pH of 6 is too acidic for cannabis. You're locking out Calcium and Phosphorous. You're better off staying between 6.5-7 broski.

M PH is usually 6.5 or a little over so im not worried about that I usually try to do 6.5 or slightly over by like .2 but I waited 3 days and then watered. yesterday I bought some perlite and added a little bit just on the top of the soil because I have fox farm ocean soil coming on Friday so i can move it and have better quality soil as of now Im just using soil that my mom had in a flower pot lol I kinda thought it was a magnesium deficiency so i added some stuff To help take care of that about a week ago and it helped with the color very slightly but I now think it’s something else since that didnt fix it completely. Heres some updated pics from today

Yeah, using mystery soil is always a gamble. It's hard to pinpoint the problem when you don't know what's in your grow medium. I think you should definitely give them some veg nutrients! They are extremely deficient of something, or multiple things! Give them some MaxSea all purpose at a low dose! Let that soil dry out real well before you transplant or it's going to crumble on you. I doubt those roots are big enough to hold all the soil together. I hate to sound grim, but whatever that problem is it's pretty advanced. Ocean Forest has a lot of nutrients in it already, so just transplant and hope for healthy new growth. Those leaves will never recover from whatever is going on so don't stress about them. Just focus on healthy new growth. And seriously, let them dry out before you water. Every other day on a plant that size with stunted growth and issues is not helping. Good luck bro!

Oh shit! Are those CLEAR CUPS!? Roots hate the light bro. Put those cups inside cups that aren't clear right away!! And poke some drainage holes in the cups of you haven't already!! Very important!!!

Don't "wait 3 days" and water like you're on a set schedule. Water when the soil is dry. Really dry. Your roots are most likely struggling to breathe right now so wait until that soil is light brown before you give them any water. And moving into a bigger pot before the plants fill those cups out is going to cause you even more problems

FFOF has plenty of nutes to last for awhile. I guess I wasn't clear. I meant if they have FFOF arriving on Friday to wait and transplant into that before doing anything radical like dumping a bunch of nutes on them. They are likely overwatering and that current soil has probably become anaerobic.

I agree. 100% anaerobic old muddy soil with low drainage and no drainage holes. Recipe for disaster. They're going to love that FFOF.
Alright ill put another cup around it for now But i do have small drainage holes and I say 3 days because thats about when it needs more water, the leaves actually do recover and become perfectly fine lol it’s weird like when it grows 2 or 4 more leaves the ones you see now will be green its confusing as hell thats why Ive been very confused thanks for the help

All I give it now is PHed water im gonna look into some organic stuff i can add into the water once I transplant and it recovers some

Wow. I've never seen leaves that damaged recover before! That's good news! Make sure those drainage holes are big, like the size of a standard screwdriver. Not just tack holes. If that soil isn't light brown all the way to the bottom I wouldn't water it unless you see the leaves start drooping. You want to REALLY let it dry out so you force those roots to explore and spread out looking for moisture. Probably the simplest and most important thing you can do is let your pots really really dry out between waterings. Especially when you're trying to encourage your plant to fill a container. Get some Superthrive to feed them with immediately after you transplant. It'll help a lot with potential transplant shock. Like I said, I do t think that root system is big enough to hold the soil together so it's probably going to crumble when you transplant it. Make sure it's really dry before you take it out of the cup. That'll help the dirt all stay together.
