The front 2 plants nft 424 seem too be struggling tried drying out also tried cutting water down too trickle,I used the matting provided
Could I take up matting for the 2 what’s struggling leave back 2 as they are?

What's the roots look like and water?

Ph?
Nutes?
Any enzyme cleaner?

I'm not a fan of top feed dwc because of exactly this, to easy to drown them

The roots look white plenty off them,tried moving spreader Matt gently ,the Matt is dry stll in places the back 2 plants are doing ok just the front,I’m also running G205 next too it that’s doing good,some reason ??

Using cannazyn Iv out piece wood under pump end? Keep letting them dry out over night ,?

Your using nutriculture gt205 and a 405?
turn the pumps on full and on 24/7
They suffer from NFT inherent defects but can be got around.
What nutrients are you using? Cos it looks fucked up from your plants view.
Change your nutes for a fresh batch
simplest nutrient formula works best I use a two part self PH InG from growers arc for veg and there bloom formula with pk13/14 to finish.
Using many different nutes causes problems.

Abov all don't panic do a change it will take 3/4 days before you see a improvement

Iv had pump going off on timer over night

The nutrient could have gone through some changes due to sitting around a few hours at a time.
My OP says got a problem change the nutes.
Part A And B should be more than sufficient
Up to you if you add cannazym
See how it goes in a few fays
