Help PLEASE!

froze plastic pop bottle and then put them in their to cool it down, too much of a pain in the ass though, went to soil and never had that problem again

and how would one possibly fix the problem besides freezing water bottles? water is room temp, maybe a tiny bit cooler to the touch..

but then again, i dont have a therm to actually check it ;\

and i havent had any luck with soil..but thats because i just decided that 'i knew everything about plants' and didnt need to read anything..figured out fast that theres more to it than just sticking a seed in the ground..

now that i've read some stuff, i was making a bubbleponic system, because roseman's threads reaaally intrigue me, but i never got an air pump, so i just decided to go drip for my first dro gro.. now i've learned a little bit more and gonna put more effort and supplies into #3...learn more everyday i'm on here..

learn by trial and error. wish this (riu) around when i started growing, prolly would have save alot of headaches...lol

how warm is your room??

its prob only a little hotter than the rest of the basement, which is pretty steady around 72..but like i said before, i didnt go out buying absolutely everything i needed, got antsy and just went for it..and then got lazy and didnt grab more supplies when the first group died, just figured it was all me, not my system, and went for it again.

but anyways... its not really a noticeable difference between the enclosed area and the rest of the basement.

haha absolutely... think i'm definitely going to make a grow log next time, also, so if there's any problems, everyone knows the entire progression, and procedure.

from what i have read it fixes your plants all the way around, used it before and didn't see much of a difference but I was also in soil. from what i remember the guy at the hydro store told me is that it eats the bad bacteria away and in turn produces good bacteria.. but if i was you i would do a little research on this product, and i wouldn't say it is the breakthrough of the decade in the least and its kinda pricey

is your res on the floor if not try setting it on the floor or maybe try having a fan blowing on the lower portion. you could also put like some trey/treys of ice under your res air cooled don't let it get to cold or it will hault production this is how we keep lillys from blooming when i worked at the flower shop i was just a processer though:finger: flower store learned alot from it though. still brain storming never had this prob so i couldn't tell you from personal experience.:leaf:

from the research i've done so far i can say this. 24 hours of light isn't good for your plant. and most people do varying times of light and dark during certain stages of development.

well..little bit of an update. seems it definitely was some kind of poisoning coming from my water source from not setting it out for long enough before i changed the reservoir. couple rez changes later, looking unbelievable.

i moved out of the place they're at, but have a trustworthy sidekick taking care of them for now, so i will take some pics the next time i stop by there and post em.

thanks again guys for all the help.

been awhile...when that all happened one topped itself..huge now.. pics =] :weed:

def 2 diff strains..came from mixed bag..

Looks like root rot from the color of the longer roots. You can get an air pump, tubing and a couple air stones for under $25. That'll make a HUGE difference.
