anyone? 
I plan to do this http://www.420magazine.com/forums/do-yourself/144421-diy-2-100w-cfl-reflector-hd.html with them. and hang them everywhere in my closet, which is lined in mylar.
Or should I aim for some 55w cfls?
Also can anyone recommend a good all in one nutrient to use? (preferably one with a schedule)

i use 14 of those bulbs to one plant scrogged or LST'd

think of canopy area, not number of plants. if that makes sense. i'm high

It depends on your space,a space maybe 1.5x1.5x4 would work ok with 4-5.When i used cfls my objective was to get as close 75w-100W per Square foot and 4 of those 23x4=92 close enough.If only 1 plant go for it if 2 or more you may need about 10.I just read a post with only 46w of cfls and they yeilded 43.4 grams so anything is possible depending on your space tho.

scrog and LST are training methods that create a canopy. my 14 23W bulbs do an area 2' x 3'
