HELP PLZ!IS THIS LIGHT SETUP OK FOR MY AUTOS?

is this light setup ok for my autos for 3-4 weeks till i put them in hps light on grow room?the lights are 2700k warm white!

they wont die but thats not enough to grow them. how long do you have to wait on the HID

i have to w8 almost 4 weeks till i can put the HID on 18-20h. at the moment the grow room is full and the lights on 12-12
