HELP PLZ!! My leave's are growing upwards?

Alright here are 3 pictures.. The plant is 2 weeks old exactly.

Yes i am aware that the plant does have a litte bit of light burn on the first 2leave's and a tiny bit on the top leave's.. But i have already corrected that problem.

other than that i think there looking good other than the leave's are growing upwards...What do you think??Which the answer to my question about that still there is no LEGIT answer at this time..Feel free to post your opinion.

Leaves pointing upwards like that is perfectly normal. When they 'curl', which is what I thought you meant when you said 'fold' it is often because of heat issues. The leaves curl in on themselves to try and stop moisture from escaping as quickly as it normally would. A 400 watt lamp can even be 2 or 3 feet away at that young age. If you can get it within a foot safely, great, but if not, it will be fine at 2 or 3 feet ... then you can move it closer as the plant grows.
