Perkiest varies from time of day or after watering they
they can droop for a hour or so. Your plant look like
their ready for a feeding of veg nutes the leaves are flat
this is how my looked in ffof till I fed them about 700 ppms

I didn't say they're drooping I'm talking perkiest like
after you feed'em the leaves fold up like their praying
to the light and grow 2" a day~

Your plants look fine to me...I see zero problems. The leafs at the top is just new growth curling this is normal for new leaves.
