HELP !! Russet mites What are they and how do I get rid of them?

Russet mites... I dont actually know that is what the problem is but everyone that has looked at the plant seems to think so. I have looked at the leaves with a 10x mag. and cant see anything. can anyone shed some light on this?

Post a picture of the plants & the damage done.
Is there any webbing?

Keep looking with a microscope, they might only be on a few spots on the plant etc
if you find any go look for a picture of a similar mite and post it up.

What stage are your plants in? There are several options for controling spidermites

I just discovered I have a russet mite infested canna-tsu plant
everyone says I'm fucked and to kill it. Online it said azatrol can work, but I'm 4 weeks into flower so...

Guys russet mites are no joke. Azatrol will fail, I'm speaking from experience. Kill all plants infected, bomb, use organicide and pray to your god of choice. I've lost a ton of money to these fucks. Good luck

Ya they suck! You are better off just pulling everything like Cannabis said. Not worth it. I tried saving my plants till the end and did keep them somewhat under control,but they still sucked all the goodness out of the buds.Tasted like shit with no smell.Glad i grow just a couple plants,would really suck with a large comm grow. After about 3 fucked up grows i ended up pulling all the carpet and old shit tile underneath out.Bombed and sanitized.Bought a couple grow tents and am finally enjoying some of my mite free White Lotus at the moment.Such a nice thing.

i just read i have thrips, the larva looks like russet mites.

well i hope i have thrips lol

ill be using beneficial fungi beauveria bassiana, works on other bugs too.

Sulfur bombs if you think it's worth it
