Help - Sannie Seeds Screwed Up My Order

What I ordered wasn't in the package - just the freebies - and now they won't respond to my email querries.
Anyone out there who can assure me they'll make good?
I was under the impression they were legit.

I have had nothing but good experiences even when a parcel got lost. Calm down. When did you e-mail them? remember that they are in a far different time zone and it usually takes ~24 hours to get a response. I do not know about your problem specifically because I have never heard of anyone having this particular problem with Sannie. Be sure to check and double check the packaging. SoS has a very meticulous stealth packaging that makes me feel sorry for the dude whose job it is to hide the beans. GL bro

Yeah, I accidentally threw out a pack of Killing Fields F3 due to how stealthy it was. Went back and found it later. Double check the packaging. He'll get back to you ASAP. Probably will just send another order out to you.

They are Sannie actually responds to all email queries. It takes several days. Did you examine your package closely because his stealth method of delivery is quite ingenious? You may of overlooked your package if that is not the case try to exercise some patience if possible.

Wish I could admit it's a stealth issue but I took that puppy apart under a microscope and no soap.
