Help save my girl

So I decided to plant some seeds outside in the middle of this spring. One of 14 I planted survived, and Lucky it was female. She had a really rough summer with the drought and my inability to make it to her often enough. Brought her from brink of death 2-3 times, and finally decided to bring her inside.
Through all of this, she's only about a foot tall with no leaves except on top 3 inches. Main bud is about the size of a ping pong ball, and 4 other pea sized ones coming in. I have put it under a 400W HPS. Starting to grow new leaves down the stock , but they look a little more round than normal. I'm giving about 10 hrs dark per day. Using some 10-20-10 soil and using superthrive in my water.
Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong/right?

What is going on is that you brought her inside and put her under a less intense light source, on a 14/10 schedule. She has probably now reentered the vegetative stage and discontinued flowering. She will perform poorly for a while, but will develop new vegetative growth that you are seeing now. I don't know the strain or your lattitude, but if it was outside she is probably close to finishing. Either go to a 16/8 to re-veg or back to 12/12 to flower her out. Look at her trichomes, if you see amber, she is done depending on your tastes. Happy growing!

They are still clear, getting a little cloudy. Still got all white hairs as well, and smells great. I pulled her inside due to night temps in lower 40s. I was kinda wanting to regrow some of the leaves she lost outside, and keep what buds she had growing, which they are slowly getting bigger over the last week or so. I'm still fairly new to growing, so forgive my ignorance here.

Sounds good dude. What I would suggest is sliding back to a 12/12 light schedule and let her finish flowering. When she is ready, carefully harvest her buds only and then you can experiment with re-veging by putting her in 18/6 or 16/8. She will start new growth and you can grow her out or grow clones from cuttings of new growth, grow out that cutting, make more clones, so on. Have fun and happy growing!

So should I just let the remaining superthrive i've applied get used up, or should I try flushing and stick with the 10-20-10 solution?
