HELP Seedlings tipped over

came home from work medium was very dry and the seedlings were tipped over but no roots where showing. Wondering if they will continue to grow?

Haven't seen any new growth today but leaves are green and not wilted or down

Water gently with air temp, left out water, avoid over watering

or better is to spray them with your pint hand sprayer,

leave them in a dim place to recover 2-3 hours

I noticed small growth on the top of the plants today

Stay sharp when using them peat pots as often

the peat will throw out the ph in that soil

even acidify the root zone

extract the plants if you get yellow tips

good luck

So plants have new growth today. Transplanting to bigger pots end of week

I have knocked plants in 1/2 gallon pots off of a shelf before. Soil everywhere! I scooped them up and shoved them back into the pots and they never skipped a beat! These plants are pretty resilient! Unless you damage the roots pretty bad they will come back.
Half of the time when I move a plant from a solo cup to the 1/2 gallon pot the soil falls apart in my hands and they still make it. Crazy!!!
