If you follow this advice, be sure that you don't spray when the lights are on.First, dilute it heavily with some water, then put the mixture into a spray bottle and mist away. This will help to moisturize the leaves, and provide some nutrients to your plants as well. I use a foliage spray such as this a couple times a week, while my plants are in the vegetative stage. Beware. Fish emulsion quite literally smells like crap, but the plants absolutely love it.
I think you are simply overwatering your plant. Any more pics?
In soil, you only need to water one to two times PER WEEK.
Why are people advising him to transplant when he is already into flower???!!!
