Help! Something is eating my plants!

First I had spider mites, so I “drowned“ the plants for 45 minutes each and it seemed to have solved the problem. Now a week later there are a bunch of holes on the new growths of my plants. I have an indoor operation so their is no way it’s caterpillars. Should I spray the plants with neem oil?

Any white flys or other bugs in there ?

That....is so weird. I dunno what to say. Neem oil all day.

No I don’t see any but after doing more research I’ve determined that it’s leafhoppers. Basically like mini grasshoppers.

Can you see the hoppers ?

You can also spray with Captain Jack. Organic and does a great job on most insects.
Too much neem oil can clog leaf pores.
