Help, Stunned Growth, Curled Leaves 2 weeks old

Hello, I'm new to indoor growing and need some advice. My 3 week old plant has stopped growing and is drooping. It hasn't shown any new growth in over a week. The PH is fine. Was using Enriched Miracle grow soil until today, i transplanted to ProMix HP. I may have over-watered but i'm not completely sure. The bottom leaves are starting to turn yellow. It's on a 18/6 hour light cycle under 400w MH. Any advice or suggestions would help. I have posted pictures.

when you say Ph is fine.. what does that equate to on the acidity scale...
I think it looks great. tons of new growth. I would agree that you over watered it. just let it dry out for 3 days. too much water will turn plants yellow too.

also look like "over watering" to me, or said in another way, lack of oxygen to the roots, be careful not to overwater in soil, let it dry out in between waterings, to the point where the pot feels really light, and maybe even with some bottom leaven beginning to hang down/fist sign of under watering (learn to read your plants)

a solution if it stays the same or get worse could be H2O2 (hydrogen peroxide) a few table spoons in a gallon of water can cure a over watered plant in days, just don't over do it in soil, once or twice is ok

trick to avoid over watering, is to keep a airy and light soil mix, with stuff like perlite, coco, hydro pebbles, leg nuts, not a compact one with to much clay aso.
another important thing is to have good drain holes in the pots and use water at around 18-20C as it can hold more oxygen at that temperature then hot/warm water

Thank You for your advice. I was thinking it was over-watering also but wasn't to sure. I had already waited 2 days for my soil to dry before i decided to transplant and i didn't see any sign of the plant recovering, that's actually why i decided to transplant. You asked what the PH was and it is around 6.5-7.0. I also always leave my water sitting out uncovered for 24-48 hours to rid itself of any chlorine etc. You also said that you thought it looked great with lot's of new growth and i agree with you but my problem is that i haven't seen new growth since "the new growth" and the leaves should be sprouting up shouldn't they? Is that why you say over-watered? Also when i transplanted into the Pro Mix HP the roots were what seemed to be gathering on the bottom and growing from the bottom towards the top on the sides of the pot, not in the soil. And also the "knot" was fairly tight. Is all that normal? Or is that a sign that the roots were not getting enough oxygen like was mentioned above? Or could it be something like "rootbound"? I thought it seemed weird. Another question i have is in other forums on this website i read that when your leaves start to yellow especially from the bottom up, that usually it means i have some sort of nutrient deficiency. Possibly not enough nitrogen maybe? Any thoughts on that?

yes, when you see yellowing bottom leave`s its normally a sign of some nuts deficiency, plant is using its "stored food" in the lower old grow that it don't need as much ..

tho it could also be the PH that is off, and show the same signs as the plant cant take up the nuts as a to low or high PH, food/nuts is there but at a wrong PH


roots growing round and round the pot is the beginning of root bound, could also be the thing that started your problem, good you did a repot

was the roots nice and white or grey/brown and slimy ?

if the plants is stunned and have`t grown for days and just look the same, I would get the 3% H2O2 from the drug store and use a few tbs in a gallon of water and then do a light flush, give it a good run though, don't be afraid of over watering here, over watering is not to much water, its to much water compared to oxygen in the mixture, for to long, with a flush you actually get some of that stalled old oxygenless water out of the medium, and replace it with fresh and the H2O2 will in days make sure the roots have plenty of air, mine looked worse then yours, and with in two days all leaves was pointing upwards and looking really healthy..

yea you'll lose the crumbly leaves, but otherwise good
when you next water, maybe mix in 1/4 strength nutes
