Good day guys, im in a tropical climate about 2-3 weeks into the flowering stage. I noticed the lower leaves yellowing on my two plants. The only fertilizer I used was a 12-12-12 about a week before flowering on August 10th and the plants were fine. The yellowing started maybe 1 week into the flowering. Can you give me any advice moving forward from here.

the stretching looks like from poor lighting or you chopped it up real good.
yellowing during flower usually happens because the plant requires different nutrients in flower than it does in veg.
looks like it could be mg deficiency to me

I’m really new to growing, these are my first two, what do you mean chopped it up. I grew outdoors, I don’t think light was a problem, a lot of sun 12 hours a day on average. I have a Ca-Mg I can use but I was reading it wasn’t recommend during flower

magnesium is good during flower calcium isn't as necessary, and I've noticed it actually hinders the taste of the final product.
Chopped it up meaning you cut branches/leaves unless you had a late start in the year and stretched like a mofo

Yea I chopped like a mofo, was trying out pruning, topping etc. I also did start late in the year, around June.

Would you recommend to use the Ca-Mg or something else. Just to note, I don’t have much marijuana specific products here so I’ll just have to see what the agriculture store has to offer. Thanks a lot for the info.

I’m gonna guess since it’s starting from the bottom up that the PH is off. I can’t see you feeding 12-12-12 and popping out the end with a Notrogen deficiency... but someone else may be able to pick up where I leave off. IMO ph is slipping out of optimal range for nutrient intake. I see some wpm as well on the leaves.

So for outdoors pruning isn't really necessary because with the sun moving along the sky it'll hit all the parts of plant plus the leaves are like little solar panels so it'll suck in all that light and turn it into energy for production, less energy less production.
Epsom salt is good for magnesium intake but if you use it don't use a scented one, plain ol epsom will do the job.
In your new pic there looks like you've got a bit of nute burn developing
