HELP; Twistinf leaves

Some fan leaves on my blue berry are starting to curl. And I don’t know why

Usually pH. I see some leaf color issues too, so I'd guess that. What's your medium, and what are you watering with and at what pH? Do you take runoff pH?
 
Back the light off. When they twist, they are trying to hide from the light. It's too much.

How many watts is the light & how high is it hanging above the plants?
