So just follow the recipe on the bottle but at 25% strength until i see new growth? then move up to 50% and slowly up to 100%?

What do you mean by well ph'd water? like 6.0? and what is H202? sorry if those are dumb questions...

The new clones should be on 18 hours of light a day right? How much water should they be getting, how many times a day? What temp should i be aiming to keep the room at? what temp should i be want the res water to be? How far should the clones be from the 1000w light? i was thinking like 3-4 feet?

18 hrs a day is fine and 3-4 feet is fine until you see signs that they've established themselves.

You are running a drip system so it's continuous.

Room should be about 75fah and ideal water temps are between 66 and 71 which may be hard to maintain without a chiller. Don't worry...plenty of people grow without the luxury of a chiller. I noticed a shelving system supporting your rez. That is the only thing I might change. On occasion, if you're growing in a room with a cool floor ( concrete, basement, etc) there is some value to having your rez right on the floor as it stays a little cooler just because of heat transfer. I know you're on a laminate floor but put your hand on it to see if it feels cool.

Nutrient strength? It's RATIOS of each! DO you own a EC/PPM/PH meter? If so, concern yourself with EC/PPM and NOT 25% strength, 50% strength and so on UNLESS the directions say " If you follow these guidelines and mix at our recommended levels you'll end up with Blah, Blah EC/PPM.

I have an old chart that tells me that IF I mix 10ml Grow, 10ML Micro and 10ML Bloom per gallon ( and this is just an example) I should end up with 600PPM. If I want 200 PPM I just mix 1/3 of their recommended amount with the same amount of water.

How much should one of those meters cost?

My question about the water is, how often do the clones need to be watered... how often should i set the timer on the pump to turn on, and how long should it be on each time?
