help! what is my plant growing (pod like)

i checked my plants and they have been developing these seedlike pods, im not sure what they are or what to do with them, first time thats why i dont know, here are some pictures: what should i do with the "seeds" or "pods" im not sure if its pollen or seeds or what these are. tell me if this plant looks good--> (last pic, has no pods)(img-20120722-00451)

mist it carefully .. fine misting fare away .. make it moist ... then a plastic bag .. carefully over it .. and remove it slowely .. dont want that pollen on your girls .. unless you like to use more time removeing seeds then your smoke keep you stoned ..
