She is 34 days into flowering and its been drizzling, raining, and cloudy past 7 days. Do I need to remove this spot?

Yes, and soon...over cut the area and keep your eyes open for more...find an open area with a breeze if possible...

yes, remove that spot. Use protection. Cover it with a plastic bag.
