That fan is prob reducing the RH too much. If anything aim it inbetween the light and the plant but not at it. In veg you need 60-75% RH

75% too high...i try to keep RH around 50% all the time

and remember the higher the temp the more water it can hold...so 75 degrees @ 50% RH is much lower than 85 degrees and 60% RH

dont have the fan on full blast, just keep her leaves rustling for now.

make sure she has enough water to be moist, but not wet. and let her grow.

her foliage took a pounding from the snails, and her roots got messed up from the cleansing, let her rest, recover and grow stronger.

see if you can get a better picture of the spot where those 2 hairs are comin out. use a flashlight, and something to steady your camera. try to get the hairs, and where they come out of the stem in a closeup
