Help!! What should thr Temp and Humidity be in my grow box?

hey , can anyone tell me what my temp and humidity should be in my grow box? cuz i just bought a thermometer and it shows temp and humidity and i just wanna make sure i get it right , any ideas?

if its veg then I usually keep the humidity from 45-60 with the temps no less the 74 but no more the 85. In flower you want low humidity so I usaully keep it at 30 then but no higher the 40 with the temps about the same...hope that helps

do you have any ideas on how i can get the temp and humidity down? , cuz it says its at 75 and the humidity is at 50

if your in veg your good those are perfect conditions if your in flower then if you have the cash you would want to go out and get a temp and humidity controller and a small exhaust fan to attach it to...any time the temps and humidity go past the set temps it will come on...because your using a grow box thats about the only way I can figure out to keep that spaces temp controlled...
