So I've found EXTREMELY small white crawling bugs in my soil , so small I can barley describe it besides its white . I've noticed a few flying gnats but I don't think there the same insect , can someone tell me any info on this

@7Ps Fungus gnats, thrips, or both. The little white shits are their larval stage, the adults are the winged bitches. Fuck 'em up ("naturally", of course).

If they're jumping, then Springtails. I just had them lately. They feed on dead plant matter, so they're even kind of beneficial. Nothing to be worried about. Could be just psychologically disturbing.

Edit: just read again and you said crawling. Then I don't know. Springtails are very fast and jumping.
