Looks like some kind of beetle, but your leaves look pretty good maybe they’re just chillin and getting a contact high. I’m sure a insect identifying app exists you could use or just hit em with insecticidal soap if it’s too much trouble figuring out if they’re beneficial or not.

you should catch one and freeze it.
Look at the mouth parts
If you find that it has mandibles it can be beneficial, keep up the gumshoe work.
If it has a sucking mouth piece, it is probably an enemy

Found this looking quite similar in its characteristics but it would be the weirdest pattern Carpet beetle I have ever seen.
