Not an expert but i have a 4×3 closet and with 4 plants I yeild between 60-90G per plant on an average run.... but good luck & happy Growing
A 4x4 (1.2x1.2) tent will yield more than a pound if it's full. Try it out

Sure, depends on you and all those little things like food, light, training etc etc. Here is my one lady in a 5 x 5 tent a month ago. She is still going but I am pretty sure I will get a few oz out of her or I hope so since I can't fit another plant in the tent right now. She has gotten much fatter. 16 oz from 3 ladies possible, yes it's possible.

Yes, 1000 watt HPS. It is just one plant, its an Early Miss which is a cross between White Widow and Big Bud.
