Help what's going on with my girls please advise

Hi there from a newb that is at a loss
Ok so first time grow 2 plants in a SOG set up under 1K HPS one Sativa one Indica. They are both in their 9th week of flowering and there is definitely some weird stuff going on. First off we think they hermied but it seem more prevelant in the new growth. This late in the game we figured we could salvage most of the bud since we are so far long. In one week it appears that the buds are shrinking and instead of the leaves retracting into the bud they are looking more present. We have had some new growth on top of the colas and it looks like there are more new white pistols. I am going to post some before and after. So these are my questions - If the plant did hermie do the buds stop maturing and we shouldnt expect and progession with the trichs and pistols? Is it normal for the buds to star shrinking? The trichs are basically cloudy with some amber..will they turn more amber? Is it normal at this stage for the leaves to die off and turn yellow?
I guess if you cant look at the pics and give any advice I would be so appreciative.
Some posts make it sound like the plant wont look good at the end of the process so I dont know if Im just completely bugging out or really what do.

The pics that are in the teens and 20's are the old and the ones in the img 50's are the ones I took this morning. They are both tied down everywhere so this are the best pics I could take.

Really? Am I just bugging out? The buds have shrank a lot since last week. From what I read I thought the leaves were to retract into the bud and it looks like they are just getting bigger because the bud is shrinking. We are flushing today with clearex..is that ok?

i'd say your girls look done to me. I've only completed one grow and am on my second. I lost all of fan leaves and most of my leaves coming out of the buds were turning yellow for a week or two before i pulled chopped em. start flushing your plant out for sure. You can pull the yellow leaves off . they should pull of easily. looks pretty solid man. good job

get a little pocket microscope from your local grow shop, take a little sample bud off ur plant and check ur trichs to be sure.

We got a small microscope from Radio Shack and the trichs are at most 25% amber but mostly cloudy. Also the pistols havent mostly turned red..so was ultimately waiting for 50% amber 50% cloudy and 90% of pistols turned red. We are doing the flush today..praying we havent messed up too bad for our first time. Its been fun but soo stressful. Next time we are doing a small set up for sure. The SOG set up is so hard to manage when you are newb and you build your grow room way too small!

yea, your closet set up looks similar to mine. started with 8 plants, ended with 7, between 2-4 weeks of flower my plannts slowed way down on growth. then they just took off. I think it was a little shock of the plants when I switched to bloom juice from veg. food. now they are kickin it. about 4 weeks from harvest. then....free bud, fyi. flush for more then a day and just water and Molasses to the end you have not messed up Gratefulapril, good job.
