Help when do i transplant my peat pellet marijuana plants???

Hello guys first time grower its been about 11 days since i planted these seeds, i have them under 24 hours of light and i was wondering when should i transplant them to a pot or something bigger.they are about 2 inchs tall .

Have roots come out the bottom?

you can do it whenever.

p.s. lower your lights 2inches it tall for the leaves you have keep them short
