Hey Guys and Gals! I have a 60x60x140cm(2x2x4.6ft) grow tent with a 100W LED light and the only instruction with the height I have is this one. My plant is 15cm(6in) tall right now and the light is 30cm(11.8in) away from the plant, but since I switched from CFL the growing seems to be slowed down.(I also transplanted it, maybe that's why.) The LED is not hot at all, even if i touch it(just a little bit, very little heat).

Is that 100w at the wall or what they claim? You only have 60 led's in there. If they are epistar, they are only 1 w max, so you are probably running 50w max, and probably only 40.
Either way, it isn't a lot of light, and none of it is white.
Try 2 feet, but check it daily and raise it if it looks like it is under heat stress. Use white light when checking it. If it's ok at 2 feet, you can try less, but I still wouldn't go too close.

Her plant is showing no signs of light stress at her current distance. Personally I would leave it there and ad the previous lights she was using as side lighting.

I can't tell much with pics under purple light. But my nursery tent has about 40 watts of cree xml light (mix of 4k and 6k chips), and the plants can grow to within an inch and not burn, so I guess she is ok. It's just a skunk build, so no vendor.
Just trying to be conservative.

I use a mix of normal potting soil mixed with coco coir and perlite. I also have 2 plants.
So as long as the light's not burning the plant I can put it as close as possible? (couple of inches)

Ok.
Chances are that the slowed growth you are experiencing is caused by the transplant.
Give it some time and it should get back on track. Also add your cfls for side lighting.

Not necessarily..
Keep it at your current distance and add the cfls. Light burn/bleaching happens quicky
