help with 2nd grow...please!

Ok so I planted three seeds all germinated with tap root coming out, planted tap root down, about 1/2 inch down, all sowed in their own half a 2 liter bottle, been for 2 days. Now the problem.is, 2 have broken ground, one hasn't grown at all tap root same size and still white? One of the two that broke ground has the root sort of turning tanish color, but niether that broke ground have moved since yesterday... I also have saran wrap over the bottles for humidity, I did have them outside for a night and part of.today and it was pretty hot, could that have affected their growth along with the humidity in there, should i just leave them inside or? Also I have 3 more planted in little Styrofoam cups because I think the two liters were too big and.hard to water, how much should I water? I'm going to have another 3 and also another pair germinating this week to make a total of 11 planted then I'm transplanting outside when big enuff which would be what point? Sorry for the long post...any help would.be appreciated :D

i would take the saran wrap off its probably not helping instead just mist them with a spray bottle a couple times a day. dont water them too much and dont use nutrients until their about a month old and when you say "should i just leave the inside" would you have a light inside to put them under like a few cfls or somthing if so then yes i personally would keep them inside on 18/6 light schedule until they get a little bit bigger and then i would transplant them outside.its a little late in the season to be starting from seed here in colorado plants usually start flowering mid next month so next year if i were you i would start a couple months earlier.
