Help with brown spots on leaves... general questions

Been going for about 1 month now and now am beginning to see brown spot forming on one of the larger leaves of my still small plant. Got a brown spot on one of the other plants too but I thought that it was from not getting good exposure to the light or something because it was near the bottom of all the leaves.

-organic potting soil (Have not tested ph yet but soil has had time to adjust to environment)

-One 125 watt CFL 1200+ lumens for all three plants (Is this too little, or would it be better to spread the light out between three bulbs over each plant?

-Also a smaller 40 watt CFL to add light to areas where it is not getting it as well

-22 hr day 2 hr night on timer

-Watering with distilled water (No nutrients added, should I add some at some point? Like during flowering? or could these plants grow and flower fine without any?

-Seeds are all from some good chronic, not sure what kind though

-Misting regularly

-Generally between 75 and 80 degrees

...and due to my limited space when would be a good time to top or do some pruning maintenance? Also I'm pretty sure that 2 of the plants are sativa... are they? Any help is greatly appreciated

On the pictures the red arrows point to the spot that I'm talking about

You're really not ready to grow, so definately don't count on harvesting anything more than a couple bowls at the most unless u make some serious changes!!!.
They need to be transplanted into pots, not cups,
stop misting them,
get about 10 23watt cfls in addition to what u have,
every spare minute u have, do research on growing!
They need a small dose of nutes right away, they sucked that ounce of soil u gave them dry!

oh yeah, get a PH meter and take a reading before you water the plant and then take a reading of the runoff. Let us know what the readings are.
