Help With Building A Harvest Trim Tray

Hey yall,

Just wondering the cheapest most effective way to build a trim tray? Harvest is nearing by the day and I'd like to build a tray for trimming that will collect the sift while I'm trimming so it doesn't get lost and go to waste.

I know I need a screen, but not sure what kind? I'm thinking a 150 micron screen. The cheapest I can find is $10 for a 16"x16", buy 2 get one free >>> http://www.ebay.com/itm/281463806113?_trksid=p2055119.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT

That's cool and all, but I'm hoping to find something 24"x36" or so and in one piece. What about the screening for screen doors? Is that similar? I'm not sure what to look for really...

Planing on making a rectangle wood frame (like a large picture frame) with the screen stapled to the top and then I'll have some black plastic underneith that I can scrape the kief up with a credit card or something.

Any help if I'm headed in the right direction? Or any help with what screen i need would be cool. Thanks
