It is kinda a long list but i will do what i can to a base line of what you need. I have a 12 pot setup with pics in my journal if you want to check it out
-I used deck post pvc covers ( square ones ). Personal preference on lenght and how many you will need. Mine 3 rows of 4
-Post caps
-2" net pots worked really good for me
-I think a 15gal tote will work fine with that setup.
-nice size gpm water pump (recommend a cycle timmer 1on- 5 to 4off)
-1/2 in pvc round leinth is to the lenths of your rows
-several elbows, t's, and a 4 way
-sparyer heads (two per plant on my setup) i picked mine up at a hardware shop.
As for the stand that is up to you and also how you want it to drain. i have mine entering one end and exiting the other, but i really wouldnt recommend that. Both ends are sealed and it it a pain in the ass to clean. What i would recomend is to competely seal one end and have it enter and drain on the same end. Just have it run out of the post covers right into the res or some kind of a catch So that the pvc enters and drains on the open end. Also that way it is easy to remove to clean or replace the sprayer heads
Angle the stand so that the water will drain were you want it to.
