Help with coco grow w/ drip steaks

Hey everyone. I have a new coco/perlite setup of 3-5 gallon fabrics in a 4x8 that I’m watering off a drip steak feed system and they are in week 3 of veg. I have a few questions.

1. what should I have the watering time set to if I plan on watering 2-4 times a day? Today I boosted it to 60 second watering for 4 times a day because it looks like the root system established after transplant because they doubled in size since Monday. Is that too much water? I know the say you can’t overwater coco but my roots haven’t established all the way thru the pots yet.

2.I mix up my nutes in a 5 gallon bucket which I have connected to my pump/timer. Temps in my home are about 73F. Do I need to get a water chiller? Or throw in frozen water bottles? Should I be worried about bacteria? I do find myself having to correct the PH daily so far. It rises to about 6.8 overnight. I also have an airstone keeping oxygen in my nutrient solution bucket.

3. I just purchased florakleen to use every week or two for salt buildup purposes.

i was having some issues with them being a pale green but I started doing full strength feeding with the fox farm hydro schedule plus I wasn’t using cal mag becauseI thought the buffer was enough. But I have them a dose of cal mag and they seem to be doing better. But that might not have been it. I may have been overwatering at first.

any other suggestions?
