Help with commercial grow license and such in Colorado

I live in Fort Collins and no new licenses are being issued. Dispensaries have to grow 70% of their own supply and may buy 30% from another dispensary. Not allowed to buy excess from private growers.

And that's what I've seen with people also saying that disp. Are constantly running out. So that's where I'd like to squeeze in.
All these tips can help others too so keep them coming. I have the license fee's schedule which isn't too bad in costs. I'd like to know how much the insurance is and what types your supposed to have if anyone knows?

You might consider looking at Northern Colorado - in the corridor between Loveland and Fort Collins. The community is not quite as friendly - dispensaries are actually banned in the city limits of Loveland and Longmont - but as a result there's not much competition. The few dispensaries that are located just outside city limits are cleaning up. Ft. Collins is more dispensary-friendly but there still doesn't seem to be a huge selection.
there is literally a kiosk on the north side of longmont about 10 feet outside of where the city ends. right on the 287, NW corner leaving town.
