Help with cooling my cab

So I got my cab all set up and running. Its real small at only 30"w x 25"d "40"h... only about 18 cubic feet. I am running 8 24W 6500k CFLs and 2 24W 2700K CFLs for a total of 240 true watts (I think it works out to about 45 watts per square foot). I have 2 44CFM PC fans pulling from the top and an additional 44CFM on the light fixture I built. At the moment I have a passive intake. So with a volume of less the 18 cubic feet I am looking at around 89CFM to exchange the air in my box 5 times a minute. So I should have that covered.

Running my box the first night with all lights I am lookin at 93 degrees so I have to drop it. I added my occulting fan and stuck it infront of the intake to drop the temps down plus now that my intake is pulling from my window with the cold outside air im looking at 83 degrees. The only problem is I live in the desert and it is not going to stay cold at night forever. I am going to add another PC fan to the intake to help pull in cool air.

My main question: I am going to be adding the intake fan, are there more options? Is there any reason I cant stack PC fans on top of one another? Would that help me pull more air out my exhaust if I stacked an additional fan on it? Waste? Or can I use the ghetto rigged C02 to my system using the yeast and sugar and be ok with these temps?

Here are some pics of the box. Getting my OG Kush clone from a buddy this week... going to ScrOG this little cab for my first grow and then turn this cab into a veg cab for the next one.

The last pic of the lighting hood I made was still unfinished but you can see the fan.

Any help with these temps would be awesome, thanks guys!

exhausting is always better than intake. you can just add a hole if it needs more intake. You could stack them on the exhaust but I wouldn't. You need to add another pc fan for a separate exhaust or up the power of the exhaust fan. I used just pc fans and the temps were up to almost 90. Then I bought a Stanley blower fan off home depot online. pulls much more air and cut a separate exhaust on the top for it. Now the temps are down about 10 degrees more. About 80 on and 70 off which is much better. Now my only problem is the air gets filtered so fast that it stays dry as hell in there. About to invest in a evaporative air cooler to cool even more with less central air help and up the humidity a bit. My central AC drys the air out a lot. Look into both of these. The evaporative air cooler wont work well if you live in a humid area and dont have central air.

Stacking fans is a waste. Just get higher CFM rated PC fans. Scythe makes 136CFM 120mm PC fans for about $19 a pop last time I saw them on newegg.com. If you replace the 3 fans you have with those you'll be looking at *in ideal conditions* around 400cfm as opposed to 89. All for around $60 with shipping and what not.

Just keep adding lower passive intake ports until it cools down, you should be able to get 6 to 10 degrees above the room ambient temp with those 2 exhaust fans...

Got a bigger 166CFM fan I am going to center over the top. Going to put that on and an additional intake and go from there. Ill update some pics after

Soil first grow! Going to scrog an OG Kush clone from a buddys crop. Good good bud from the mother so hoping I can at least come close with my first attempts!

Well added a 166CFM fan on the top center of my and an additional intake on the bottom. I live in the desert so I am adding a humidifier in the room right next to one of the intakes. I was not even regestering humidity in my box (less then 20% does not register on my reader). Got it up to almost 30% after just a short amount of time. Here is what the fans look like:

I plan on monotering my temps and humidity over the next 24 hours. Hoping to get my clones Sunday so want to have these things under control by then.

Do you guys see any problems with that humidifier that close to the intake?

I'd move it a little further from the intake just to make sure you don't get moisture build up in the duct and you'll end up with a pool of water on the floor or in your duct sitting stagnant letting all kinds of nasty shit grow.
