help with determining when ready to harvest as well as sexing

I posted awhile back and was convinced I had grown a male from seed. I went back down to make sure and it looks as though what was round looks more like a teardrop. Also I have 2 that have been flowering (tomorrow marks the start of week 9, and they are both rated with an 8 week flower cycle). I know one isn't ready because she has all white hairs (even though her trichs are nice an milky). I'll post each question in it's own post because of picture restrictions ;) Oh and I noticed that I have a few of my darn hairs stuck in the bud. I can't really get into the area where they are at since i'm on crutches and non weight bearing. As soon as they are ready to harvest, I plan on going over them with a magnifying class and tweezers and getting every one of my blasted hairs out of them :(

How long should I expect before I can harvest this girl?

Not understanding what is going on here. They seem to be cannibalizing (my first successful grow through the flowering phase). I stopped all nutrients 2 weeks ago thinking they would actually finish at 8 weeks as grow info was given. I water with tap water that sits out for days uncapped to ensure no chlorine is left over.

Severe N tox.

I'm thinking this looks more female than male. Funny thing, I took a cutting and placed it in a glass of water under the flowering light. It has not shown sex yet; but has roots that are a good finger length long. I'm debating going ahead and throwing everyone into flower (I took cuttings a week ago and placed them in a tupperware container with an aquarium pump. They are showing signs of deficiency (yellowing veins) but as soon as roots start showing they will be going into some nice organic soil. If it in fact is a female, I would like to pull out the cutting that is under the flowering lights and put it in dirt and have a clone. This strain was one of my favorites, and I managed to find a seed (score, if female double score)

What soil are they in? Look how dark green the leaves are in post #4. They look almost black.
I did take that with no flash, and the lights off. They aren't that dark when down there, but they are definitely darker than my plants vegging. They were started in fox farms and when transplanted I used a combo of organic soil mixed about 50/50 with peat moss. When I did the transplant to 5 gal buckets I lost 4 of my girls to root rot (forgot to drill drainage holes, duh), but these 2 managed to survive. I drilled holes, dug out the soaking wet soil, and added organic soil back in, then flushed and waited until it needed watering before adding nutes back in. Then I managed to let them dry out about 3 weeks ago so we took them outside and watered until draining, and repeated about 4-5 times over the day so that the soil wouldnt just get wet and completely dry out again since it was so dry. I added nutes at 1/2 strength with the next watering, and for the last 2 weeks, I've only given water. The brand of nutrients I used were dyna grow foliage plus (in veg), and dyna grow bloom (for flowing).

Thank you so much for your help, and replying!

They may still be n tox. As far as the damage that is from no water. Chronic under watering will cause leaves to yellow and get necrotic spots and then die if bad enough. I'd say that's what it is.

That I believe, I thought my husband was tending to them following my surgery. He didn't, so they were very sad when I caught it. The heater in the room was also at like 85-90 degrees, so I turned it down and now it's steadily around 80 in there. I figured that might have been some of my problem with a couple of crispy leaves. The indica (purple urkle) looks good with nice sized buds (but has necrotic spots), but my Sativa (glass slipper) is the one with all the brown leaves. She also only has popcorn sized buds on her. I'm hoping I can harvest the indica soon (in going to rob a little from her tonight and tips it in my vaporizer), I was planning on harvesting glass slipper as soon as she's ready and then putting her back under the vegging lights just so I can take clones (I forgot to, and she was my best girl when vegging, like a bush).
