Hi my automatic outdoor plant is about 3 weeks and looks like some pest attacked it. Might also habe some deficiencies or low PH because of burn/color change on one of the leafs.

Please help guys.

are you ph' ing your water, neem oil is good for repelling attackers
My water is about 6.0-6.5 but i added some Biohumus (6.5-7.5 PH) it was also raining lately so it might have affected PH.

Crunchy leaf end might be burn. Or even water on leaf with sun on it. White dots could be bugs. Try to magnifye them and see what you see.
I only have 5x Magnifying glass, can't see too much. I spotted a few little black flies on my plant though.

What's that bug? Thrips?

I'd worry about russet mites for that you need 60x magnification minimum. In searching for russets you should find anything else on the leaves. They have very cheap jewler's loupes on Amazon the ones I see most common are 60x and 100x magnifications for less than 10 bucks.

I think these are thrips, at least they look like thrips with 5x magnifying glass. Do you guys think spraying my plant with neem oil is enough or should i use pesticides?

if your gonna use neem oil, use 7ml in 1 litre of warm water, add a bit of dish soap to water to act as an emulsifier (helps the water and oil mix) then shake it till it mixes, dont spray it on buds
