Hey guys i've been using this website for a pretty long time but this is my first post.
So basically i'm tryna make a micro stealth organic grow box for most likely one plant hopefully using LST as well. Probably two feet tall, two feet deep and a foot wide.
My question is in regards to electrical connections for my light bulb. I want to use a pair of soft white cfls and maybe another pair during flowering. So basically I need to know how to connect a plain lightbulb socket with the two regular wires sticking out, to, at the end of the line, an outlet plug. I know I can just connect it using 14.2 power cable or whatever (thanks to my local home depot) but I'm reading about ballasts and I'm wondering if CFLS need ballasts to be able to plug into the wall directly from a regular lightbulb socket?
On a similar note, I need to know how to connect a cpu fan again to be able to plug into an outlet socket on the wall.
Also in relation to fans, I'd like to have one hot air intake at the bottom and a cold air exhaust at the top. Is there different fans that blow hot and/or cold air? Is it just location of bottom and high seperation within an enclosed location that makes one warmer and the other cooler?
Mad apologies for bombarding with so many questions on my first time but IF ANYONE CAN ANSWER ANY OF THOSE QUESTIONS IT WOULD BE GREATTTLLYY APPRECIATED!!
Thanks in advance,
Logico
