I think you would be good with passive intake ( no air pumped in room) But I highly recomend a oscilating fan in there.. the plants will love it, helps make em strong, and helps in pest control..

So somewhere in the room near the plants i want ducting, carbon filter, duckting fan sucking outwards ducting conected to the vent which will let no light in, and an oscilating fan which i could put at the lowere end of the room facing the plants , is that like a standard fan which turns btw i think i have got the basics now. thanks alot i didnt have a clue today and went out and bought the bulbs, light fitiings and also im fitting a plucg socket in the room for the fan

Thanks for all your help very much apreciated! im making a start on this today and will post pics of what ive got done by the end of today, just a couple more questions if you dont mind, im planning on hanging two of the bulbs in the picture side by side above the growing area and considering the plant i have at the moment is about 4 - 5 week in , and has only had natural sunlight, whats the best way to adjust it to this new light source (hours of light and darkness ect) and roughly what height should the bulbs be away from the top of the plant, sorry to be a pest but i dont wanna kill it has its been doing well so far

first you need to decide when you wnt to flower. assuming you want to veg awhile longer, try 18/6 on/off for yiur lights. you want them within a couple of inches of the plants - just make sure the light won't burn the plants
