help with grow room

i need some help ive been growing weed outside but now im trying take inside. so i build a little grow house and everthing.but im need of help i mean alot of help i have the seeds n everything else i need but jus this lil shit of a grow house to work right so could someone anyone help me

You will definitely need to bring those lights down...maybe lay down some painter plastic or the white/black plastic sheeting on the bottom in case of spills... Has that area been sanitized? What's your climate control? Thermometer? Hygrometer?
